Sirius, also known as the Dog Star, is located on the shoulder of Canis Major. It is the brightest in the heavens, and its name means sparkling and scorching, as it is nearest to the sun during the height of summer.
They call you scavengers, theives, pirates, and mutts. They say your no good to society. They beleive their pedigreed-purebloods are the future of dogs everywhere. But their wrong. Rise up from your filthy corners and show the two-leggers you are anything but weak! Let your howls chill the night with thier sound, make the humans blood run cold in their veins. Show your warriors side and let no man nor dog tell you what to do, because you are free. You are wild and untamed. And you live in Sirius City.

Radiation leaks have poisoned the water, some dogs are cursed with sudden inner deamons, others with powers much more terrible. Rumors of vampire and zombie dogs lurking beneath the bridges of the city haunt the darkest city mists. Dead bodies of homless humans are washing up on the banks of the river, their faces mauled by some sort of...dog.
