Anyways, I'm a very random person at times..and I think this is now the time to get formal with everyone. Here's the question...: How do you make your own graphic avatar picture? I need like some sites that have that feature...because I really want to make one of those; I just never knew how. So, if anyone has sites where they've made their graphic avatar picture, please reply to this or just PM me with the link! [/glow]

I'm not nearly as good at them as Blue is, but all you do is google a pic and put in a document, adding effects and words as much as you want! rather simple, actually <3

Just make sure the picture you choose has permission by the owner and if you use it on another site.
